All bosses can be caught or defeated, but it's not recommended to battle this one at this point.įollowing the path and heading up instead of down will lead to the first event with gangsters. This monster is a level 30 boss Myrkrsormr. Heading further down will initiate an event with a lady talking about there being a monster further down. The rest of the Windy Province is now open for you to explore, and your father requests that you call him when you get to Mill Town. The only two of these that currently have atomic clock forms are Darwhol and Dracoyle.īefore you are allowed to fully continue you must get into a few battles and level up your starter at least once to prove to your father you can go out on your own. The starter options are Ambigu, Canite, Darwhol, Dracoyle and Hooclaw. No matter what you answer, however, you may always choose the starter you personally prefer and ignore the recommendation. Interact with your father again to initiate a cutscene where you are "given" a comic book where you can answer three questions that determine which starter you are recommended. It's explicitly mentioned that this Primigon will not be included as part of your party and is simply part of the quest so that you can tame a monster. Your father now wants you to catch a Primigon for your farm, so continue to the right into the Windy Province and wait for one to spawn, then walk into it and catch it. You will be temporarily be given his Teedon for this battle and for his next request. Follow the in-game directions and complete the battle. Interact with your father now to initiate a battle with a Rodask where you are taught how the battle system works. You must then talk to the father and go to the garden, picking up punkins and then either dropping them or feeding them to his Teedon. To start off the game the player's name is selected as well as the gender. This guide is mainly to serve players who are stuck, lost, want to know when required battles are or want to see if they missed any events or bosses. I just grinded the heck out of my team to beat it.Īnd is the Dracoyle in Appenton City you can fight special in some way? My Dracoyle (the taller muscular version) got chewed up despite having 2x the HP.Monster Crown revolves around taming monsters for battle and breeding them together to create more powerful crossbreeds. Started over because there was so much new content and the darn thing ate my Atomic Clock'd Dracoyle for lunch. Was trying to figure out how I did it the first time around since I was at roughly that level. That boss is designed to have a lot of HP but you can take it down, due to its low speed, every turn you get to attack first even if it wipes out your monster - so if you have a team of 8 that's 8 guaranteed attacks.Ĭollure is unstable so Malicious attacks are super effective, it can also be a very potent strategy to infect it so you get extra damage in during the long battle, similarly debuffing attacks that reduce defense or magical resistance in the foe will really pay off during this long battle.ĭon't worry about having to tame it either, you can find more Collure later, I know you can take it down! I regularly do so with teams in level 14-16 (of course with a full team of 8). That boss is a little difficult for sure but don't let it intimidate you - it's strong with high defenses but it's slow as hell. Originally posted by devotedtoneurosis:Hi Blue,
